Job summary

Parvana is seeking an Operations Analyst focused on Identity and Access Management in Cape Town. You will manage end-to-end investor access requests, ensure timely processing, validate imports, and maintain accurate reference data.

You will monitor workflows, generate entitlement reports for audit and governance, and work with international teams to improve processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred (Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, etc.)
• 2–3 years in operational, data or workflow-management role, preferably in financial services
• Strong Excel and data discipline with attention to accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to manage deadlines across teams
• Experience with access management, data reconciliation, audit/governance frameworks

What you will be doing:
