Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior BPM / Workflow Engineer to design, develop, and implement enterprise‑grade workflow and process automation solutions. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, mentoring team members, and delivering robust workflow systems using modern BPM platforms and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy workflow solutions using IBM BPM / BAW or Camunda (7/8)
• Model and implement BPMN and DMN processes using Camunda Modeler or IBM tools
• Build and integrate microservices‑based solutions using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and manage external task workers and workflow orchestration logic
• Integrate workflows with event‑driven platforms (Kafka / Confluent)
• Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Ensure reliable workflow execution through monitoring, incident handling, and optimization
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Conduct functional and performance testing of workflow solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in business process analysis and workflow automation
• Hands‑on experience with IBM BPM / BAW or Camunda 7/8
• 5+ years’ experience in Java (11+) and Spring Boot development
• Strong experience in REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Proven ability to model, deploy, and monitor workflows
• Experience integrating workflows with custom user interfaces
• Hands‑on experience with Kafka or Confluent
• 2+ years of experience identifying process automation opportunities
