Job summary

You will work with diverse colleagues to understand how current processes operate, identify business rules and edge cases, and translate these insights into clear requirements for technical teams.

The role involves collaborating across teams, mapping end-to-end workflows, and designing future structures that increase efficiency and automation where appropriate.
