Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a foreman or supervisor.
• Ability to lead teams effectively.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction crews (carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ensure design compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and codes on site.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor to optimize timelines and costs.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Maintain communication with the Project Manager and stakeholders.
