The role requires 12+ years in telecommunications focusing on RAN & NPO, with strong data analytics skills using Python and SQL. You will lead a cross-functional team and drive roaming governance, feature optimization, and executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in telecommunications with a focus on RAN and NPO.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in LTE, 5G NR, and MOCN architectures.
• Strong data analytics and KPI dashboard experience.
• Vendor PM/FM tools experience.
• Knowledge of roaming governance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team of 4–6 engineers across Core, IP Core, and Transmission.
• Oversee roaming configuration and performance analysis.
• Roll out and optimize advanced features.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards to streamline internal tasks.
• Perform root-cause analysis for complex network issues.
• Translate technical insights for executive decision-making.
