Job Title: Network Optimization Engineer (Outsourcing Consultant)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze 4G/5G network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance overall network quality.
• Monitor KPI trends, diagnose performance degradation, and implement effective optimization strategies.
• Conduct radio network troubleshooting, parameter tuning, and performance improvement to ensure optimal network operations.
• Develop and execute network optimization strategies aligned with business objectives and service quality requirements.
• Perform drive test log analysis and provide targeted optimization solutions.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in 4G/5G network optimization, with a solid understanding of RAN principles and KPIs.
• Strong expertise in LTE and 5G air interfaces, mobility management, capacity planning, and interference mitigation.
• Proficiency in KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and troubleshooting for network optimization.
• Hands-on experience with drive test tools (e.g., TEMS, NEMO, Probe) and post-processing tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel, data analytics, and report generation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, VBA, SQL, etc.) for automation is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
