Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions seeks a Centralized Services Engineer I (Senior Systems Engineer – MSP Automation) to enhance Windows/Azure environments, automate tools, and drive backup reliability using Veeam.

You will act as escalation point for the internal helpdesk, oversee onboarding/offboarding, and optimize MSP workflows with ConnectWise Automate/Manage, Addigy, and Intune while ensuring documentation and security.

Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Networking certifications advantageous.
• 3+ years of MSP experience.

Responsibilities

• Escalation and support for complex issues.
• Onboarding and offboarding of users and clients.
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot datacenter and cloud infra (Windows/Azure).
• Design, deploy, and verify Veeam backup solutions and recoverability.
• Maintain ConnectWise Automate and Manage environments.
• Develop MSP tool integrations and automation workflows.
• Document infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Patch management for Windows and third‑party software.
• Create and maintain deployment/runbooks for MSP ops.
