Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a System and Network Engineer to oversee IT infrastructure across multiple client environments, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and virtualization platforms such as VMware.

You will manage on-premises and cloud servers, implement secure remote access, and provide Level 1-2 support in a fast-paced multi-client setting. Knowledge of ConnectWise, Kaseya, and ServiceNow is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as System/Network Admin with hands-on in network and data center technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, and Azure cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Manage on-premises and cloud server environments using Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments and cloud services.
• Implement and maintain firewalls and VPNs to ensure secure remote access.
