Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in product development with focus on mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (Inventor, Creo) and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and development of mechanical product systems.
• Oversee rigorous testing of prototypes and production units with analysis for improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA to manage product lifecycle in a virtual setting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation (specs, manuals, maintenance guides).
• Identify and implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance functionality and reduce costs.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster remote team learning and growth.
