Job summary

WeDo Business Services Ltd in the North West is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical installations on commercial projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and other trades, oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and uphold health and safety and quality standards on every stage.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mechanical Project Manager in the M&E or building services sector.
• Knowledge of commercial mechanical installations including HVAC, pipework and plant systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes and subcontractors.
• Proactive approach delivering projects on time and within budget.

MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED - North West

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a well-established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a reputable contractor with a strong presence in the industry and a portfolio of commercial projects.

The Role:

• Managing mechanical projects from inception through to completion.


• Overseeing mechanical installations on commercial projects.


• Managing site teams, subcontractors and labour resources.


• Coordinating with clients, consultants and other trades.


• Monitoring project budgets, costs and programme deadlines.


• Ensuring all works meet relevant regulations, quality standards and health and safety requirements.


• Attending progress meetings and providing regular project updates.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E or building services sector.


• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical installations, including HVAC, pipework and plant systems.
