• Excellent understanding of HVAC systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects dynamically and effectively on-site.
• Manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and coordinate the ordering of relevant materials.
• Take responsibility for claim submissions.
• Manage variation order quotations and obtain necessary approvals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including work schedules and completion deadlines.
• Manage all site meetings and site instructions.
• Schedule teams and maintain strict control of labour on projects.
• Read, interpret, and measure from technical drawings and plans.
• Conduct accurate on-site measurements.
• Liaise effectively with engineers, builders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure completed project scopes are achieved and as-built drawings are accurately aligned.
• Compile and submit Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail in planning and execution.

• Relevant Project Management, Mechanical Degree, or trade-related qualification.

• Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, including various components, their functions, and a proactive approach to expanding technical knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle required.
