Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; a Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in project management roles.
• Proven experience managing complex mechanical projects, delivering scope, budget, and schedule.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard engineering design tools.
