The role requires a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, 7+ years in energy systems design, and proven leadership in on-site project teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with energy systems specialization.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on energy systems design.
• Proven experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics in energy technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and engineering of renewable energy systems, including solar, wind and energy storage components.
• Develop detailed CAD models, drawings and specifications for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Perform engineering calculations including structural analysis, thermal performance and fluid dynamics.
• Specify materials, components and manufacturing processes for energy applications.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, control systems specialists and project managers.
• Oversee prototype development, testing and validation of mechanical designs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement innovative solutions to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations in the energy sector.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and technical proposals for new energy projects.
