Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience with CAD and FEA tools.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluids, materials, and structural analysis.
• Experience in project management including planning, scheduling and cost control.
• PE registration or equivalent advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and development of mechanical components and systems for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and development of mechanical components and systems for renewable energy projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on renewable energy systems (solar, wind).
• Proven experience in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and FEA tools.
• In-depth knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, and structural analysis.
• Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Familiarity with power generation equipment, rotating machinery, and structural design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
