The role emphasizes remote collaboration, advanced CAD/CAE work, and a strong portfolio demonstrating intricate mechanical designs. A master's degree and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive mechanical design experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks Premium and Inventor Professional.
• Experience with ANSYS Workbench or COMSOL.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex mechanical equipment from concept to release.
• Perform in-depth analysis (FEA/CFD) to optimize performance and reliability.
• Create detailed drawings, specs, and BOMs using CAD software.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide remote team collaboration.
• Lead design reviews and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with global remote team to define requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of design processes.
