Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive mechanical design experience.
• Expertise in SolidWorks or Inventor and CAE/FEA tools.
• Ability to manage complex projects remotely.
• Excellent communication and collaboration for remote work.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials science.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of mechanical systems from concept to production.
• Perform stress, thermal, and dynamic simulations to validate designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through virtual channels.
• Develop detailed specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Provide remote mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their use.
