You will lead improvements across lines, ensure safety and quality, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing workflows, automation, and mechanical engineering with hands-on experience in production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering with manufacturing emphasis.
• Proficiency in CAD software for equipment and tooling design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting complex mechanical systems on the production floor.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new mechanical manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Optimize manufacturing lines to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Specify and select appropriate manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation (process flows, specs, procedures).
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D to address challenges and implement solutions.
