• Knowledge of CNC machining, robotics, automation, and additive manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience leading design teams and managing complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced manufacturing machinery and automation systems.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, assembly, and maintainability using CAD/CAM tools.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and kinematic simulations.
• Collaborate with automation specialists, software engineers, and production teams.
• Develop and implement testing protocols for new equipment and validate performance.
• Stay abreast of additive manufacturing, robotics and automation trends and apply them.
