In this hybrid role, you will lead initiatives to improve machinery performance, reduce downtime, and implement new technologies while collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance teams. A strong background in automation and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in mechanical engineering with manufacturing process focus.
• Experience leading projects to improve efficiency, costs, or quality.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, automation, and material science.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Lead projects optimizing production machinery, automation, and handling systems.
• Design and implement modifications to equipment to boost performance and quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for integration.
• Develop and maintain process diagrams, equipment specs, and SOPs.
• Use data tools to monitor performance and measure impact of changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Mentor junior engineers with technical guidance on manufacturing processes.
