WSP Africa is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to strengthen its Building Services offering. The role focuses on HVAC design, project delivery from inception to closeout, and mentoring teams.

The ideal candidate holds a BEng/BScEng/BTechEng (Mechanical), 5+ years in Building Services with 2+ post-registration, and proficient in BIM and HVAC software; experience in Medical Gases and vertical transportation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree with 5+ years experience in Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC design projects from inception to closeout.
• Mentor teams of engineers and modellers; review deliverables.
• Ensure QA/QC throughout project stages.
• Coordinate resources, schedule, and budget.
