Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA) and FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex mechanical systems and components using advanced CAD software.
• Perform rigorous engineering analysis, including FEA for stress, thermal, and vibration analysis, to validate design integrity and predict performance.
• Develop and optimize designs for manufacturability, considering various production processes and materials to achieve cost and quality targets.
• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for prototyping and mass production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment and mentor junior engineers.
