Qualifications

• 8+ years in mechanical design and product development.
• Experience leading complex design projects end-to-end.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or CATIA and ANSYS.
• Excellent remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of complex mechanical systems and components using advanced CAD tools.
• Conduct comprehensive engineering analysis, including FEA, thermal, and dynamic simulations to validate designs.
• Develop and manage design documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and BOMs.
• Collaborate effectively with remote cross-functional teams, including product management, hardware, and software engineering.
• Drive the selection of appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers in the remote team.
