Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization. Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement tools. Proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing data-driven solutions. Experience with automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
