Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Operational Excellence to join our client in Mossel Bay. You will lead engagements that identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices across manufacturing, supply chain, or service operations.

You will drive performance improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management, manage project teams, and mentor clients on sustainable operational excellence in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or related roles.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Design and deploy performance management systems to track key metrics.
• Facilitate workshops and training on operational excellence methodologies.
• Manage project teams and ensure delivery of improvement initiatives.
• Provide expert advice on best practices in supply chain, manufacturing, or services operations.
