Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
