About the Role

Our client, a leading corporate finance advisory firm, is seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior M&A Analyst to join their prestigious team in Sandton, Gauteng. This role is instrumental in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions. The successful candidate will play a critical part in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution, working closely with senior bankers and clients.
