The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail with supervisory experience, a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail sales with at least 1 year in a supervisor role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work weekends/public holidays as required.
• Passion for fashion/retail and creating positive customer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sales targets through customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding service: greet inquiries, resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain store visuals: displays attractive, organized, stocked.
• Process sales via POS accurately and efficiently.
• Train and mentor new sales associates.
• Manage inventory: receive stock, cycle counts, report discrepancies.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and policies.
