Placements24 is partnering with a prestigious international luxury brand to recruit a Sales Consultant for their flagship boutique in Sandton, Gauteng. The role requires delivering exceptional service to discerning clients, understanding style needs, and guiding purchases that reflect the client's taste and the brand's heritage.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years in luxury retail, superb presentation, and a proactive approach to building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
• Ability to work weekends/public holidays.
• Discretion with client information.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and high-touch sales service to clients, offering expert advice on our range of luxury goods.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service, follow-up, and relationship management.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall boutique performance.
• Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique, ensuring products are presented attractively.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and managing stock.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the luxury sector.
• Represent the brand with the utmost professionalism and elegance at all times.
• Participate in in-store events and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
