Qualifications

• 5+ years in catering management, event planning, or hospitality management with focus on corporate events.
• Proven success in high-volume catering operations and client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and costing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of corporate catering events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored catering solutions.
• Develop creative and appealing menu proposals, considering client preferences, dietary requirements, and budget constraints.
• Oversee food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service staff during events.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining high service standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate catering staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and event coordinators.
• Conduct site inspections and manage logistics for various event venues.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in food handling and service.
