Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within logistics/supply chain sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the Western Cape market dynamics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets in the Cape Town coastal region.
• Identify and prospect new clients to build a robust pipeline of leads.
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
