Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Executive Logistics Leader to optimize fleet operations and drive customer collaboration across Africa. You will lead a cross-functional team spanning sales, logistics, demand planning and external partners, ensuring KPI targets are met and processes are standardized for efficiency.

Strategic focus on reducing DSO, improving service levels and enabling value through strong stakeholder management, with international travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in CS&L function with knowledge of customer supply chain management.
• Cross-functional experience across sales, CS&L controlling, demand planning, logistics and warehousing.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions to meet timelines and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional communication among sales, logistics, demand planning and partners.
• Drive KPI targets for service, invoicing accuracy, overdues and deductions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team to execute the business agenda.
• Implement joint value creation initiatives through customer collaboration.
• Oversee customer supply chain improvements and strengthen customer relationships.
