Job summary

Bolloré Logistics South Africa is seeking a Logistics Optimization Manager to lead regional network optimization across Limpopo. You will analyze complex supply chains, implement advanced optimization tools, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve performance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in logistics or transportation planning, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and certifications such as CSCP or Six Sigma. Proficiency with Llamasoft or AnyLogistix is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• CSCP or Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable.
• 5-7 years of logistics or optimization experience.
• Experience with multinational logistics firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network optimization models.
• Collaborate with carriers, warehouses and customers.
• Use analytics and simulation tools for data-driven decisions.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, carbon footprint.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with Lean/Six Sigma.
