Qualifications

• Experience in CS&L function with knowledge of customer supply chain management.
• Cross-functional experience across sales, CS&L, demand planning, logistics.
• Proficiency with SAP and information systems.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Ability to analyse data and derive action insights to meet timelines and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional communication among sales, logistics operations, demand planning, product supply and external partners.
• Deliver KPI targets including customer service, invoicing accuracy, and overdue management via process implementation.
• Lead and coach a team to execute on business plans and develop talent for growth.
• Drive initiatives for efficient replenishment, availability and joint value creation with customers.
• Build deep customer relationships and improve service through supply chain improvements.
