Qualifications

• Experience in CS&L function with knowledge of customer supply chain management.
• Cross-functional experience across sales, CS&L controlling, demand planning, logistics.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into timely actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional supply chain activities across sales, logistics, and demand planning.
• Drive KPIs for service, invoice accuracy, and deductions through process improvements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing CS&L team with clear development plans.
• Lead replenishment initiatives and customer collaboration to improve availability.
• Governance, audits, and stakeholder communications with external partners.
