Job summary

Mondelēz International in Sub-Saharan Africa is seeking a senior CS&L leader to optimize the customer supply chain for RSA markets. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, lead a high-performance team, and implement value-adding initiatives with customers to improve service, costs and timelines.

The role requires extensive CS&L experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel internationally when needed to coordinate with regional teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in CS&L function with customer supply chain knowledge.
• Cross-functional experience across sales, planning, logistics.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional communication among sales, logistics, demand planning and external partners.
• Lead and develop a CS&L team to meet KPIs and timelines.
• Manage adoption of OTC processes and governance.
• Monitor CS&L KPIs, including service levels and DSO.
