Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and mentor warehouse staff ensuring productivity and safety compliance.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize logistics operations.
• Knowledge of South African transport regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
