A prestigious law firm in George, Western Cape is recruiting a seasoned Senior Litigation Associate to lead complex civil and commercial disputes. You will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative team environment.
The role requires admission as an attorney with at least 7 years of progressive litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and a track record of trial advocacy.

- Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of progressive litigation experience.
- Proven track record in civil litigation, including commercial, contractual and property disputes.
- Strong in trial advocacy, courtroom presence, research and writing.
- Experience supervising junior staff and managing a substantial caseload.
Mansioni
- Manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations and settlements.
- Develop case strategies and conduct thorough legal research.
- Draft and file legal documents and prepare witnesses for testimony.
- Collaborate with partners and mentor junior associates.
