Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, answers, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Interview clients and witnesses, and prepare them for testimony.
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal support staff.
• Analyze evidence and identify key legal and factual issues.
• Ensure compliance with court rules, deadlines, and ethical standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive updates.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of progressive litigation experience.
