Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 5+ years post-qualification experience in litigation.

About the Role

This role involves managing complex litigation cases from inception through resolution, providing expert legal counsel, and representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution forums. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of diverse litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial negotiations, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal support staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely communication regarding case progress and strategy.
• Develop and implement innovative legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex civil litigation matters.
