Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to join a fully remote team that supports clients nationwide from Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. You will recruit senior IT professionals, mentor junior consultants virtually, and contribute to high-impact business development initiatives.

The role demands a strong IT recruitment background, exceptional communication, and the discipline to thrive in a self-managed, remote work environment with a national reach.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years in recruitment, with substantial IT/Tech focus.
• Proven success in senior roles handling complex, high-volume requisitions.
• Expertise sourcing passive IT candidates using advanced methods.
• Comfort working fully remote from home.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with ATS, recruitment software, and online collaboration tools.
• Strong knowledge of IT specializations (software, security, data, cloud).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High motivation, organization, and time management.

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for IT roles, from junior to senior levels, remotely.
• Build relationships with IT clients across South Africa via virtual channels.
• Proactively source and engage top IT talent using advanced search methods.
• Conduct technical screening and behavioral interviews via video.
• Present qualified candidates with feedback and market insights.
• Manage offers, negotiate, and onboard new hires.
• Mentor junior remote recruiters.
