Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy operating in Klerksdorp, North West, is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to spearhead their IT staffing solutions. This role operates on a hybrid model, blending remote work flexibility with essential office-based collaboration and client engagement. You will be tasked with identifying and placing top IT professionals, from developers and engineers to cybersecurity experts and IT managers, across a range of client organizations. Requirements

• Excellent understanding of IT terminology, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
