Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; PMP or equivalent certification.
- 8+ years of IT project management experience across software, infrastructure and cloud.
- Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with ERP or BI projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects from planning to closing.
- Develop detailed schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with developers, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Provide regular status reports on progress, risks, issues.
- Ensure IT governance, security, and compliance.
- Facilitate UAT and deployment of new IT systems.
