Placements24 seeks a strategic Senior Project Manager to lead IT and Digital Transformation initiatives in Pretoria. You will shape project strategies, manage resources, and drive successful implementations of transformative solutions across the organization.

With 7+ years in project management and a track record of complex IT projects, you will partner with IT, business units, and external vendors to deliver measurable outcomes while promoting smooth adoption through change management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management with IT/digital transformation focus.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects (system implementations, cloud migrations, ERP rollouts).
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and related tools.
• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and driving consensus across diverse groups.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
• IT or Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and digital transformation projects.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to achieve goals.
