The role emphasizes stakeholder alignment, risk management, and collaboration with IT teams and vendors in a dynamic Gauteng environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT project leadership, strong IT infrastructure and cybersecurity knowledge, and relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional IT project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SDLC, and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of complex IT projects, including software development and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, deliverables, milestones, and resources.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures to meet financial objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure deployment and adoption of IT solutions across the organization.
