The role focuses on managing and protecting the company's IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, with responsibility for strategy, enforcement, licensing, and potential litigation.

Qualifications

Admitted Attorney with 7+ years of specialized IP experience.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for IP agreements.
Proven portfolio management, strategy, and enforcement capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for protecting IP rights globally.
Conduct IP due diligence for new products and ventures.
Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements including licenses and NDAs.
Manage and prosecute patent and trademark applications worldwide.
Advise on IP litigation matters with external counsel as needed.
Provide guidance on IP compliance and freedom-to-operate issues.
