Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CIA/CA(SA)/CISA, 6+ years of audit experience with at least 2 in a supervisory role, COSO knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.

• Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments.
• Plan, execute, and supervise financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Assess internal control systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Manage and mentor the internal audit team, fostering professional development.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings and recommendations, for senior management and the Audit Committee.
