Job summary

KORAKHOA SOLUTIONS in Durban requires an Audit Manager to plan, lead and execute risk-based internal audits across all business units. The role ensures governance, risk management, internal controls and regulatory compliance are effective, while supervising staff and managing stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will oversee audit planning, perform testing, and coach auditors to uphold IPPF standards and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in internal audit, accounting, finance or commerce or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred: CIA, CA(SA) or CISA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end internal audit engagements.
• Develop risk-based audit programs and testing strategies.
• Evaluate design and effectiveness of key controls.
• Perform data analysis to identify risks and trends.
• Report findings to Executive Management and Audit Committee.
