Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Rep to qualify inbound leads and run outbound campaigns in a hybrid role based in Cape Town or Medellín. You will own multi-channel outreach, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to drive a robust B2B pipeline.

You will need 3-5 years of inside sales experience, strong English at C1 level, and proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms. This position offers hybrid work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inside sales experience in B2B environments.
• Demonstrated experience qualifying leads for sales teams in an enterprise B2B setting.
• Hands-on with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach/Salesloft/Apollo).

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume inbound outreach and some outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn) to book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads against ICP criteria (BANT, MEDDIC) and follow SLAs for timely follow-up.
• Run multi-touch cadences in the sales engagement tool, personalize templates, and test messaging variations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for every lead touched and manage handoffs per lifecycle rules.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and flag data/workflow issues to RevOps for resolution.
• Share real-time insights with Marketing and Sales and participate in trainings and call reviews.
