About the Role

Requirements

• Professional Architect (PrArch) qualification or equivalent international recognition.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in architectural practice, with at least 10 years focused on leading large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., transport hubs, power generation facilities, large public buildings, water infrastructure).
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex design processes and large project teams.
• Exceptional understanding of infrastructure design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in leading-edge architectural design and project management software.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Experience working on significant projects within the Northern Cape or similar challenging environments is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities at the highest level.
