Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years progressive industrial engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Lean and Six Sigma project implementation experience with measurable results.
• Experience with process simulation and data-driven decision making.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes.
• Oversee major projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Analyze bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality deviations.
• Promote lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
• Develop documentation: process flows, SOPs, specs.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, QA to integrate new processes.
• Use modeling tools to optimize layouts and schedules.
• Mentor engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment.
